By accessing and placing an order with PlugStore, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and PlugStore.

2. Products

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price at the time of purchase.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made at the time of order placement (except COD)
  • We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and COD
  • All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay
  • For COD orders, payment must be made upon delivery

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping on all orders across India
  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and availability
  • You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped

6. Warranty

All products come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware malfunctions under normal use

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage or misuse
  • Water damage beyond IP68 rating
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

7. Limitation of Liability

PlugStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
